	I am a supervisor and I just learned that three employees in my department wrote a letter to my boss complaining about me. My boss called me in and said that he is disappointed in me as a leader. I feel the employees were wrong in what they did and what they said about me, and I tried to explain this to my boss. What do you suggest I do? Read Ken's Answer
	I manage a department of twelve people, and three of them wrote a letter to my manager saying I insist on having everything done my way. That is not true, but my manager believed everything they wrote and came down hard on me. What should I do? Read Ken's Answer
